The Rockies won the NL wild-card yesterday by stomping the Brewers. Yay! Now if we can sweed the Dodgers in LA, we win the NL West Pennant. Some remarkable stats about this team this year. Jim Tracy took over for Clint Hurdle on May 29th when the team was 18-28 and in last place in the NL West. They were 14 games behind the Dodgers. Since then, we've gone 73-40 to secure up the wild-card. The Rockies are the only MLB team this year to have 5 starting pitchers to record double digits in wins. Jim Tracy should win NL manager of the year award. It's offically Rocktober Redux in Colorado so even if you don't like baseball or the Rockies; Cheer you asses off anyways. Lates.
