for many business card printing companies you can print on both sides of the card. may be a touch more expensive though.
i'd pick something fairly simple, graphics wise.
put "Amtgard", "The Northern Holdfast" and "Empire of the Iron Mountains" and prolly "Fort Collins, CO" on it somewhere fairly prominant
include an email address, phone number, and website.
you can prolly include the park and every sunday@1pm without too much risk, just remember they might change.
come up with a single sentence that explains amtgard effectively and clearly, avoid silly humor because your audience may not get internal jokes or find it funny. "cuz hitting people with sticks is fun!" prolly isn't great, but "Live action role play, combat, arts and crafts." might work.
and call it good. keep it simple.
