So I was reading and watching Grendel's video on making swords and I had some questions:
1) What is the minimum/maximum length from the tip of the core to the top of the padding/funnoodle?
2) is duct-tape Legal (or is packing tape used just for weight savings)?
3) Limitations on caps (no pennies, etc)
4) Use of Caulk (I read on another website that they use silicone caulk to secure the core to the foam for adheision)
5) Who can make weapon covers (I suck at sewing) or can I use something like a tube sock to cover it?
6) What classifies as "Curodsey Padding"?
