 Defender - 2007/11/13 05:56 Ok, it hasn't happened yet but is possible. So before it happens now that we have a rule change. How is the Defender chosen if no one declares for the position or declares but doesn't qualify, yet a tourney is held for that position? It is very likely to happen so an answer or ruling is needed. Thank you.
