 Stick Jock Cup - 2006/02/09 20:53 Attention, citizens of the Empire! Announcing the first event of the his Imperial Majesty Artimus Dane's War Master Tournament, The Stick Jock Cup! Come test your mettle against the best and brightest fighters in the Empire! Gain possession of the coveted Stick Jock Cup, earn glory and honor from all the denizens of the Empire, and compete in War Master, the Tournament of all Tournaments! Details for the Stick Jock Cup are as follows:

Place: IMD, Washington Park
Time: February 18th; Sign-ins for all lists will begin at 1:00, all lists close at 1:45.
Lists: Double Elimination brackets in the following fighting styles: Single Sword; Sword and Shield; Florentine Sword; and Open Weapon. (All lists will adhere to Crown Tournament and Weaponmaster lengths as prescribed by the IM Corpora).

Come and attempt to wrestle the Stick Jock Cup away from the first SJC winner, it's current custodian, Sir Medryn! Also, I am looking for at least two reeves who are willing to volunteer to run a field. If you are interested, please e-mail me at Korderellindj@gmail.com.  Re:Stick Jock Cup - 2006/02/18 15:45 Greetings, Denizens of the Empire! It is my pleasure to announce the final standings in this first event of the WarMaster series, the Stick Jock Cup!

First, I would like to thank everyone who made the trip to Denver to participate and make the Stick Jock Cup a success. I realize it was immensely cold out today, and am very thankful for those of you who were willing to come and brave the cold for a chance to claim the coveted Stick Jock Cup. Also, a special thanks to Michael for running the tournament for me (as I was somewhat incapable of doing so on my own today), and to Serpentara and Michael for reeving.

Anyway, on to the standings:

First Place - Powell - 18 points
Second Place - Tie between Grendel and Kain - 15 points
Fourth Place - Sord - 7 points
Fifth Place - Riddick - 5 points

These points also carry over directly to the WarMaster standings, and so here are the point totals for WarMaster after the first event:

Powell - 18 points
Grendel - 15 points
Kain - 15 points
Sord - 7 points
Riddick - 5 points
JR - 1 point
Artimus - 1 point
Krell - 1 point
Cullum - 1 point.

Again, thanks everyone for coming out and making the Stick Jock Cup a success!
