SW RPG Game - 2006/01/12 09:56This isn't really an AMTpost, but it's an easy way to keep ppl here informed. Saturday, Jan 21st will be the first SW RPG Gamenite, immediately following reg Sat Amt... It will be at Az's house... so far the roster I have is...
Axys: GM, SW-phile Axysia: Gungan/Wookie/Bothan noble(?) Kyrus: Human, Capt'n of 'NAME OF SHIP HERE' Az: Human, Pilgrim "I follow the paths of truth & enlightenment" Rick: Wookie Jedi (still needs approved) David: Droid, Tech & Repair(?) NPC 1: only plotline necessity NPC 2: ok, I'm really NOT trying to kill the group with this much backup...
... anyone else wanna try? The group could use a 'tank' or someone taking alot of ranks in 'Treat Injury'... ppl are gonna get messed up constantly, hence the small med bay in the space transport.
If you don't want to get bogged down with game mechanics, but want a char made with minimal background that you can flesh out... I can do that too... Re:SW RPG Game - 2006/01/13 11:42Attention People! We are looking for people who are interesting in trying out the Star Wars role-playing game that Azrael & Axys have set up. It should be a lot of fun for everyone involved. Simple put, it's a D-20 based RPG similar to Dungeons & Dragons. Anyone interested please let either myself or Axys know. As stated above, we are starting this game after Amtgard on Sat, Jan 21st. You need not worry about creating a character if you don't want to or don't know how to. Axys can make a character for you and/or you can learn to make one up yourself. Please let us know if you're interested by the forums or telephone. And as always with HoD...this is a first come, first killed...er...I mean served operation.

Before we go getting to many people started in on this game, be aware that my place has limited room so please think about it before all of CD shows up at my door step all at once. Not that I have a problem with anyone visiting, it is just that I don’t know where to put everyone that may want to. Re:SW RPG Game - 2006/01/17 08:55Az, we're not gonna crowd out your house... Farlore & goglestofin, after bartie's char & Rick's, there's only room for really one more. I decided to combo the tank & medic idea, (Soldiers have 'treat injury' as a class skill for some insane reason) and made 'Ohm Edyck' (say it outloud several times & hopefully you get the joke). And yes, there is a way in the d20 system to have a 1st lvl character with a +14 mod on a skill. Rick, I have char sheets atm, Az doesn't. bartie, so that we can move a bit quicker on sat, I'll frame your character out (repair droid... maybe astromech) and then work with you to flesh it out before the session. ummm, that's about it.
Also, mell's char is a protocol droid, with a 'locked access' unit... Dammit, we can't shut Goldenrod down!!!

Maybe I can convince a Jedi to use the Force to shut her down or hack her to pieces with a lightsaber. I think that Oh Medic! sounds better than cleric for obvious reasons that I won't discuss now. That character can't speak now anyways 'cause he's dead. Thanks for the update and I guess that I'll see everyone on Sat.

Although my character got his butt whooped by self-inflicted stupidity, he is still living (A.T.M.) but needs a medic. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next session. Anybody got any clue as to when we are gonna play? Is it this Sat?
