DUDE? - 2006/01/03 13:23where is everyone? i know its the holiday season but i miss killin fools. My body is really jittery from the lack of blades ive been swingin. Where has orion been, he said he was moving here a while ago. Where has rayne been, i miss stickin that guy.
I still have the rouges sheild; so hopefully soon they'll come back and we can get some killin underway.
Oh Yeah, what is it with everyone from the NH showing up early just to sit on their asses? (that doesn't include storm) seriously why do people show up just to fight in the battlegames but not the ditches. our park is turning into a pussfest. (I know i may lose some karma points for this but honestly i dont give a fuck) I dont know why but some people if they cant use armor or a bow or a polearm they puss out.You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight.

Re:DUDE? - 2006/01/03 13:52well it's the holidays bro, and it's a little colder. haven't seen a few of the vet players for awhile, but I imagine some of them are done for good, some of them are warm weather players and will be back more as things warm up.
Sponge might be coming down this weekend, not sure though.. Z and Falcwin not sure on, haven't talked to them about this weekend. Reign has car problems right now, haven't talked to him in a while..
basically it's down time right now, not many people were out this weekend and I don't know about the one before (christmas) attendance will pick back up, we just need to make sure we take up our part, bring a friend to the park, call an old buddy that hasn't been out in a while, bring a friend that hasn't been out.

Re:DUDE? - 2006/01/03 14:15Agreed its nice to have more people around, but as grendel said its cold and the family time of year. Traditionally we have always had a slump in attendance in the winter. Also the colder it gets the less time players spend at the park fighting. So if you want to get the full amount of ditching time out of game day it would help to be at the park when we start.

Well for one thing the NH has always been more of a battlegame park than any other park in the IM proper. So the ditching has always been a lot lower attendance than the battlegames. some may have just lost their fire for plain old fighting, but still enjoy the little bit of role playing that comes with battlegames. Me...I have just completely lost the desire to hit people with sticks. I come to the park to see what is going on and hang out with my friends.
Kayden and I haven't been out because due to the amount of extended family we have, every weekend is usually chewed up with seeing them for the holidays. also the cold weather prevents us from coming up because little Quinn can be out in the cold for so long.
However...do not despair my young padawan....we will return. actually...pending any disasters between now and sunday we will be out this weekend.

Re:DUDE? - 2006/01/11 16:42Hes in Larimer County Detention center on prospect and timberline. you can visit him on tuesday,wednesday, thursday, or saturday. but you have to register from 10:30AM-1:30PM on tuesday or thursday. you can only visit 2 adults at one time.You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight.

Re:DUDE? - 2006/01/12 14:41What he is saying is that to visit on any day that visits are allowed you have to register a time and date that you will visit by calling 498-5204 between 10:30am and 1:30pm on a Tuesday or a Thursday. Why the facility has to allow visitation of prisoners by law, they do tend to make it as much of a pain in the ass as possible to discourage people from coming.
