here's the information
The Iron Mountains Duchy normal Park is Rocky Mountain Lake Park in
Denver, Colorado1
Directions to the park for your daily dosage of stick swinging (and a map) can be found here -

From the North:
Take I-25 South the I-70 West.
Take I-70 West to Federal.
Turn south on Federal (left) and take Federal South to 46th.
Turn west on 46th, and you will see the park about a block down.
Parking is available on the North side of 46th, and in parking lots along the park.
From the South:
Take I-25 North to I-70 West.
Take I-70 West to Federal.
Turn south on Federal (left) and take Federal South to 46th.
Turn west on 46th (right), and you will see the park about a block down.
Parking is available on the North side of 46th, and in parking lots along the park.
From the West:
Take I-70 East to Lowell Ave.
Take Lowell Ave South to 46th.
Turn east on 46th, and head to the east side of the park.
Parking is available on the North side of 46th, and in parking lots along the park.
the IMD meets each Saturday at Rocky Mountain Lake Park,
there start time is about 12 noon
I am a member of the Northern Holdfast ( a Duchy in Fort Collins, Colorado )
I don't have the details on the BBQ thing, just what you saw in the schedule
if you are looking to play amtgard in the Fort Collins area we play each Sunday
we start around 1:00 PM at Warren Park in Fort Collins,
I don't know what direction you're coming from, but basically from Denver
take I-25 north to Fort Collins
exit Harmony Road, take Harmony West
turn right/North onto Lemay
turn left/West onto Horsetooth
turn left at the next light ( Lemay* ) this takes you into Warren Park,
go to the end of the parking lot behind the baseball diamond, we play
in the trees there.
* yes, you turn onto lemay, then horsetooth , then lemay,
lemay splits on horsetooth and restarts a block down.
