Halloween Battlegame Event - 2011/10/24 17:48
Hey Everyone! Xeno here. I wanted to invite you guys to an event we'll be holding this Saturday, the 29th, in honor of Halloween. Since we down here in Eoria are a bit flurby, I've organized what I've dubbed a Character Battlegame. Since a great many people are going to have costumes for halloween, this is a chance to wear them more than once. The gist of the event is: Chose a popular character and emulate them with an amtgard class to the best of your ability. This character can be anyone, as long as they can be played well with a class in amtgard. I have also allowed the use of a single, non-class spell, that may be taken without penalty relative to its strength. Hopefully this allows for greater creativity. I realize that a newbie park like ours might not pose much of a challenge for many of you, but the goal is hopefully to feel as though you are fighting your favorite characters. Also... you know, when you throw fireballs and finger of death into the mix, even a flurby noob can kill people. For better or worse...
Also, while I'll be getting busy creating games and things to deviate from the standard deathmatch, any fun battlegame ideas (like that Kraken battle, that was boss) would be awesome, and we wouldn't hesitate to include them.
