Pure awesomeness to hit Southgate - 2011/08/17 19:30
Hello All,
The weekend of October 1st will be when our park will have its midreign. Due to our wonderful Emperor, Dougie, if anyone is in question about who it is, scheduling a shit ton of events in September, we are forced to do it then.
We will be a having a hamburger and hot dog fry, numerous militia games, and possibly a food-fight tournament, depending on the number of people who show up.
On a side note, Southgate's members attended the local Farmer's Market this past Saturday. Garb and armor were oooo'd and aaaaa'd over, and the ditching was a big success. The next day at the park, we had a new family join us in a battle game!
Also, we have been involved with a non-profit organization in Southern Colorado in efforts to help raise money for their scholarship fund. More details to come.
