Really great Amtgard the past couple months. - 2011/07/24 03:59
Just wanted to pop in here and compliment everyone who has been running the park the past couple of months. Don't know exactly who you guys are but the quality of the park has really gone up a notch and I think the overall health of the park is reflecting your efforts.
The ditching is intense every week. It's great to see so many people playing to win every time we play, while maintaining a level head and keeping the overall tone of the field positive. We are an ultra competitive but for the most part Nice park, and that's rare but a winning formula for a great group I think.
The battle games have been just excellent, some of the best of my 7 years playing. Kudos to the team creating and running these games, because people are starting to dress out for them and get more and more into them, and I think that's another component of a strong group. Some players simply won't dress out for a battlegame unless it is unique and interesting, so you guys are doing an awesome job of keeping the games cool.
This park has really become Amtgard at it's finest. I am proud to be an Iron Mountains Fighter, you guys are great. Let's keep on providing a quality gaming experience and put our heads together to tackle other issues like Newbie Recruitment/Retention.
