 Re:BoD - 2010/12/27 18:22 Cool, I knew you and I were on it due to our office. Let's aim to get a meeting for the 15th/16th, we can do it in person at IMD/denver or online. If the members of the BoD will sound off on what works best for them as far as time, date, and place that be cool. If someone can't make it in person, we can call them.

I vote for an in person meeting, on the 15th, before or after the park, with a call to anyone who does not make it.

 Re:BoD - 2010/12/29 15:06 It will need to be after the park if it is on the 15th. I am pretty certain that is my one Saturday to work in January. There is more on the agenda than just that as well as there are a number of pended issues from when no one on the prior BoD would answer any emails or phone calls about having an actual meeting. Due to that, I was basically just handling all the BoD business when I was Secretary that was in need of being handled myself and leaving everything that could be left until people would actually bother to be responsible for the position that they volunteered for.
