 Re:Imperial Midreign Review - 2008/09/23 17:17 I had tons of fun! I'm incredibly glad it was held in SG, that was a seriously good time (and there was Axgar food). I'm still recovering. I was really happy to see all the peeps (given sign-in sheets and the number of people who popped in Saturday afternoon and evening, we were easily over 50, probably closer to 60). The bardic was nifty and court was great, even if Hannibal did try to give me a heart attack and people kept coming up with "one more thing". And Axgar bringing the band back with him? Classic.

I only have pics from hanging-out time at the pavilion and court (didn't have time to take WMaster or quest pics, unfortunately) but I'll get those up tonight. Tal

 Re:Imperial Midreign Review - 2008/09/24 06:01 What an interesting event overall. Not a single ditch and still it was a lot of fun. I hope the people I who came with me had as much fun as I did. The tournament was off the wall... and I still can't get the Falcwine vs Axgar fight out of my head. Absolutely mind blowingly awesome stick.

Here's hoping Indra feels a whole hell of a lot better than the last time I saw him. Guy is going to have nightmares about guys raping his nipple hair and armpits. Hats off to him raising nearly 700 dollars though.

The quest was interesting entertainment. And yes I am glad I played. Quotes of the event for me came from it too... "You're not Flurby enough". And "The world is safe(.[?]) Zumat is dead."

The bardic as always was absolutely enthralling to listen to.

Great food all around again [except when it comes up in reverse]. And, having a band play for you as you eat your pancakes was great entertainment as well.

I am still am blindsided and deeply honored to be the holder of the Dagger. It has not left my sight since I got it. Much gratitude to the Reeves and Moss. Thank You.

Seeing so many shiny people!
Going to starbucks in my footy pajamas

I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE GREEN -dances-
Not dying on any cactus'

As for needing a pair, I am now strongly convinced -everyone- does. They're amazing!
