EVICTION NOTICE
TO: Desert Winds
Pursuant to the provisions of IMCv24 Appendix C 1.A-C, you are hereby given an eviction notice and notice to vacate, on or before September 1 , 2008, the forums and website of The Empire Of The Iron Mountains which digital properties are now occupied by you.
The reason for this eviction notice is:

A request for independant kingdom status was made in the summer of 2006 and again in the summer 2007 and you have been granted such status by the Circle of Monarchs on July 26, 2008. Intent to acknowledge and accept such status has been stated to occur August 31, 2008 at DBW08.
You are hereby notified that you may not avoid this eviction by any means.
