Unforturnately, I don't remember who it was. I looked back over several forums to see if I could find where it was being discussed but did not run across it. Sorry.  Re:Equiptment Questions - 2008/05/10 08:27 Umm i don't think it is illegal as far as i know Azrael made one not to long ago. Have to make it out of PVC though i don't know of anything else that can bend that way and is amt legal.
