Here is the newest list of undeclared credits up to Clan (which I should have put in by the end of the week, all things going as they should). For the past couple of months, on days when a battlegame did not occur, I have placed all credits in either color or warrior, depending on whether or not the person did any fighting. This decision was made as per the rulebook requirements. The exception to this is for IK or other major events, where credit is allowed without a battlegame being played.

Ive ben playing fairly consistantly for over 3 years and i only have 30 credets. thats equal to less than one credit per month. I find it a little anoyed that i should be level 6 scout and im only level 2. who ever's incharge of keeping the ork up to date sucks at his job.there is no good or evil, only the ambitions of man

i will beat it into you if you do not learn it. if i had seen this post prior to going to clan i would have done so there. instead you get me when i'm tired and grumpy from a long, hard trip home.
you need to recognize a few things... 1. your records have been in the hands of no fewer than 4, and prolly far closer to a dozen, different individuals. thats twelve in case you aren't keeping up. 2. those pm's from what i can are actually doing a kick ass job. i see VERY VERY few gaps in the last year. in fact... to both the NH and IMD PM's over the last few months... thank you. 3. make sure you sign in. if you do not sign in, you do not get credit. its as simple as that. if there isn't a sign in sheet, ask for one to be created. if i had to guess where the problem might lie, i'd look there first. 4. you have changed your amtgard name repeatedly. this is something that wreaks havoc on record keeping processes. 5. the fact that I, of all people, have to tell someone to be more tactful should point out the level of irritation i am feeling right now.
Kord, when you read this, first accept Leon's forthcoming apologies for his poor choice of words and ignorant jump to conclusions, as well as my own. Also know that Leon/Cloud/whatever has changed hs name again, as of clan... or at least been re-dubbed "Cube". i think the wolves are gonna make this one stick, whether he likes it or not. i'm sorry in advance for any confusion it make create.

Rewth: Thanks. I just got Rakis updated as well (apparently I'd missed the IMPMs e-mail showing it, but I found it after a bit of searching), so I'm pretty much as up to date as I have records for. I'm unable to make it to the park every 5th week, so there are a few weeks where I never received a sign-in sheet, but I have everything else up until Clan.
Leon/Cloud/Cube: After looking through the sign-in sheets I have for the past six months, I have found that your name is only listed on five of them, and two of those are because I wrote your name down, instead of you doing so. Prior to that time frame, your credits were in the NH, and I had to get them switched over. I had Rakis, and one other sign-in that needed to be entered. You are now as up to date as I have records for. I would suggest from this point forward that, if you are so worried about your credits, you are more proactive about ensuring that your name is actually on the sign in sheet so you can receive credit.Kord
