 GO ROCKEIS!!! WOOHOO!!! - 2007/10/02 19:26 Just wanted to send out a great big congratulations to the Colorado Rockies who made the playoffs (2nd time in 15 year team history) last night in stellar fashion. Coming back from two down the in the bottom the 13th inning to beat the SanDiego Padres and clinch the NL Wild Card Spot. Was probably one of the best games I've ever seen period...not just concerning the Rocks. Amazing performance from a team who (1) was in last place in the NL West just over 8 weeks ago and (2) lost 3 of their starting 5 pitchers to season ending injuries in August. We may be playing with a bunch of young pups on this team...but their pups with heart. Win itall guys!!! Rockies for World Series Champs. K. That's my rambling for the day.

How about Kaz almost pulling off a full cycle? That's just beautiful I tell you. Arizona better watch out, these guys are leaving smoke trails.

Didn't get to watch but I listened on the radio. Rockies in the NLCS...would have never guessed it possible back in April or May or June or July....LOL.

They should be ashamed to not even sell out a NLCS game. Announcers called it a sell out but I figure it was probably more of an "oh well...close enough" kind of deal.

WOOHOO!!! - 2007/10/12 22:27 I think that leaves the Colorado Mammoths (Lacross), Colorado Avalanche (hockey), Colorado Crush (arena football) and the Denver Nuggets (basketball) to confuse this topic with...lol...have fun. Of course, those are just the professional teams from Colorado. There's a whole plethora of teams to use from semi-pro, college and high school sports programs.
