Rakis Prepay & Online Waivers ended - 2007/06/12 23:24
Rakis prepay and submission of online waivers has ended!
Waivers can still be filled out, printed, and brought with you to gate if you wish to save a little time. Waivers can be found here:

The waiver is a fillable PDF, meaning you can type into each section and then print it so it's nice and neat. (If you open the form and see an option on your toolbar that says "Highlight Fields", checking that box will show you which spots can be typed into). Signatures and the signature date cannot be typed. If you're slightly lower tech, you can always print the form and fill it out by hand.
