Amtgard yard sale!!! - 2006/08/14 19:25As most of you have heard I am getting ready to leave the state. And while I do enjoy being a pack rat the thought of having to lug all my possessions to the west coast is not high on my list of things to do. Contrary to a rumor that I heard, I am still going to play amtgard in Washington state but hopefully with a lot less stuff.
So that is where you all can help. I am going to hold a amtgard garage sale August 26th from 8:00am (yes early birds will be shot, hung, stabbed, disemboweled and displayed as a warning to others) till 6:00 or until I find something better to do.
I will be selling armor, garb (including a ton of antique kimono’s), camping equipment, fun noodle, Fabric (and a TON of it) 95% of it for a dollar a yard, cores, USPS packing tape, Leather, leather working tools, camp chairs, and anything else I can think of that’s remotely amtgardy including most everything else in my house.
So come help clean me out.

Veg tanned leather from 1-2 ounce to 12 ounce A ton of colored chrome tanned leather (red, black, green, purple, deer, white, light and dark blue) Leather tooling stuff A ton of vintage kimono for 10-20 bucks Power tools (band saw, metal saw (needs a new starter switch), drill press, table saw, router, arc welder with table) Japanese and European field garb Books, book and more books (a ton of samurai stuff) Live steel (a few samurai swords, a claymore, a fantasy apocalypse sword, Chinese beheading sword) A table Assorted sewing stuff (bias tape, threads, buttons, stitch witch, needles) 1 metric shit ton of fabric in all basic colors and some cool patterns most for a buck a yard. Sword shafts Postage tape Fun noodle by the box (the good stuff not the crap noodle) More Wakagashira relics then you can shake a fido in a pink skirt at Tents Camping lights Jinmaku (mine is green with yellow accents and currently no mon) A ton of event decorations Whiskey barrels Armor Amtgard swords Belt blanks Sharp insults Old rule books Camp chairs Damn near anything thing else I own (other then my compy, paul chen stuff, dogs and wife)
Major Non amtgard stuff includes My couches Stereo system My nice desk Our dishes
Odds are if you can find it in a well established home we have it for sale.
