ORK Credit Calculations - 2005/03/25 12:31
the credit calculation "changes" for 7.0 have been implemented in the ORK.
it should have effected the front end, and backend (player credits, total credits, soon to level). if i missed anything let me know asap.
for those unaware. the ork originally went on the premise that every level was 12 credits in length, and combined that with the concept of reporting credits after the fact. 7.0 changes things slightly, leaving far less room for interpretation. for some kingdoms this is no change, for others it is.
however, it does mean that if you used the ork to track your levels, the chances are very likely that you will be one credit away from your level progression.
for reference: 1st Level - less than 13 credits of experience in that class 2nd Level - at least 13 and less than 25 credits of experience in that class 3rd Level - at least 25 and less than 37 credits of experience in that class 4th Level - at least 37 and less than 49 credits of experience in that class 5th Level - at least 49 and less than 61 credits of experience in that class 6th Level - 61 or more credits of experience in that class
so first level is one credit longer than any other. yes, i still think thats dumb. no, i don't wanna discuss it anymore.
