if the quiver blocks a shot that would have hit you then the hit counts against you where it would have hit,
ie - your back is to me, your quiver is on your back, I throw a dagger at your back, which hits the quiver, though would have hit your shoulder if the quiver wasn't there, that counts as a hit to the back/torso
let's say same situation but your quiver is over your arm and back, I throw and the dagger would have hit your arm, but the quiver or some arrow fletchings block it - that's a hit to the arm it's best in these situations to ask the archer or whoever hit you where you got hit, etc..
know let's say you're standing parallel to me, I see your right side, so I can see the right side of your face, your right arm, your right leg, etc..
I shoot an arrow that hits your quiver that's on your back, but if your quiver wasn't there it would have flown past you missing you. in that situation you are fine, nothing happens to your quiver or you.
