Star Fest Demo - 2006/03/24 14:28Hey all...the Star Fest Demo is coming up on April 21st through April 23rd. Kayden and I have got us a spot, but since we work the convention we are not able to run the demo as well, but the convention has given us 2 tickets. We need volunteers to sit at the table and run a panel to discuss who we are and what we do. We need to get this schedule solidified soon or this recruiting opportunity could go down in flames.
This is what we need...we need either 2 dedicated people to work the table the entire convention (Friday night, Saturday 9-6, and sunday 9-6) or a schedule of all volunteers taking shifts to cover the table, the more volunteers the shorter the shifts. We also need cool stuff to display at the table, that anyone would like to show off. We have limited space and you don't need to worry about security as everything will be carted up to our hotel room at the end of the day. *edit* Thanks to the kindness of Clan MacGregor they are going to purchase and additional ticket to make the ticket count 3. Thanks to all the MacG's in helping in this endevor.

I've got bed space for 6, and floor/couch space for anyone else. Quiet Annora Cullum Artimus (Saturday, Possible Sunday) Grendel (Saturday)
If can give me a time frame in which you are available that would be great, if not I will just stick you in a slot in which we have no coverage. The panel is from 1 - 2pm on Saturday. Kayden and if Quinn allows I will be wathcing the table for that timeframe to let whomever is at the table present to people who we are and what we do. Brennen has offered to help with the panel, but as he is also working the con he is limited to what he can do as we are.
If anyone else is interested please let either Kayden or myself know. If you need crash space please let Sir Cullum know.

no worries. Hopefully we will have enough people. If not we will jsut either start late or end early. Abe and I will do as much as we can to help out without jeapordizing our contacts. Brennen has also volunteered to help out as much as he can as well within the conventions approval.

6pm - 8 or 9PM. If we don't have anyone for this timeframe we can just skip, as it may be a hassle to set up for a couple of hours to just break down.

Everything is open Friday night. There is a couple of panels to be held by House Vampyr on prop making, a texas hold em tourney, and the free table.

Pending any issues we plan to come to the parks the weekend of the 8th (we also plan to be daytripping midreign) to get anything anyone is willing to donate and we will return it on Saturdaythe 28th for Denver Donations. We will be unable to be at the park on the Sunday due to prior family commitments, but are willing to bring it up during the week if the materials are needed. IF they are not needed we will return them on May 7th. If you cannot be at the park or midreign we can arrange to pick it up during the weekdays.

Re:Star Fest Demo - 2006/04/10 21:13Okay, so as of right now we only have enough people to do the demo Saturday, with ARtimus and Grendel, (Kayden, Brennen, and I will give you breaks and such)
We have a tentative for Sunday which is Quiet and Annora, but still has to work out schedule to fit that in.
Do we have anyone else interested in volunteering to run the table either Saturday or Sunday?
