I'd love to go to Spring war, Banner wars and whatever that big thing in PNW is called.

I also wanna get down to Neverwinter sometime.

Re:A Big thanks! - 2005/12/22 10:00 My favorate place to camp is Richard J. Dorer Memorial hardwood State Forest. I like it because i can gather all the wood i want. I can shoot all the stuff i want. I also like it because there accesable clay to make a temporary forage or smelting furnace and as a plus theres some Breath takeing views there.

There is talk of Starmount, or at least was in talks with Zodi, Topaz and I on the way home from Autumn trials. Mostly their idear. hosting a camping event in the spring. It's in the works. As we need to scout a park to camp and have our events at.

I'm sure there is plenty of parks to go to...its just tryin to find the one with the best deal and ones more suited to amtgard functions.

For example, there are plenty of places to play here in the CR/MV area, but only a few of the parks offer much in the way of camping events. Size of the event plays a major factor in our area. It will take a couple runs before the "good stuff" is found.

Dorer Memorial state hardwood forest covers 2 MILLION acres in southeastern Minnesota across several counties. Yes, hate me, hate me with all your being and let the hate flow through you!

Re:A Big thanks! - 2005/12/27 11:41 to be honest fighting on the ice works better for me than on grassy terrain becuase i got the mad skillz to either glide along at good speeds or have enough traction to push a car! meanwhile everyone else is struggleing to stay on their feet and not fall and break a hip or something.
