1. sometimes you get more bees with honey rather than vinegar. perhaps asking nicely rather than yelling will work better next time.

2. you might want ot research before you make accusations. Thor built the file section, not me. and, i asked him to be VERY limited in what he put there for a while due to bandwidth and filespace concerns.

however... i have added the file you "asked" for. its in the imperial documents section. let me know if you can't see it, i'm not sure i put it in place properly, because i'm unfamiliar with that section of the site.

see how i subtley restated both my initial points there? wasn't that particularly witty?
