if here curious here's some ofthe stuff that should be coming soon:
(please note the use of hte word "should", nothing is a guarentee. but this is "The List.")
Front End:
Personal Attendance report
Full Credits Breakdown on each class
Amtgard Passport (pdf, foldable levels/attendance thing for visiting other chapters)
Details pop up for awards
public reports: guildmaster reports
display the last time the pm account was accessed.
Back End:
inactive players list (auto determine who hasn't been out in X period of time)
Attendance Only (zero) credits (may not be possible)
award details (why was it given) field
Color and probably Reeve credits do not appear in some reports (total credits for one)
tweak the signin sheet for readability (possibly jsut convert to pdf)
dynamic pdf creation for all "printable" reports
make credits in any class reassignable like undeclared creds are
ability to merge 2 players records
chapter customizable accepted awards (like classes are currently)
fix all the broken timestamps... damnit.
last logged in feature for pms
possibly adding a memo field for credits, have to check drive usage first.
Database:
change char fields to varchars to save on disk space (early mistake)
change some of the field names to be more appropriate, fix in the code
Code:
fix stupid mistakes and bad code from 5 years ago.
make date fields dynamic instead of the current static ranges.
NEW SHIT:
Knights Edition of the ORK
- may eventually replace the interkingdom knights list... sorry...
- one log in per kingdom, to be given to the knights circle.
- uploadable, hosted image for each knight (cuz i love you all)
- track knighthoods held, date knighted, location, who by, etc.
- track free form major "accomplishments"
- free form "quote" field
- free form bio field
- link to knight's ORK record and back
- track belted family (originally squired to, and current squires)
suggestions welcome, but make a new thread for it...
Companies and Households Edition of the ORK
- will track membership and awards for fighting companies and for households.
- each company/household may request a log in to create thier record... not sure how yet.
- allow (but not host) each one to post one or two images, company photos, device, whatever.
- track membership, and link between their ork and C/H ork records
- allow each company to create custom titles to assing thier members (ex: the wolves have an Alpha, a Seargent, Wolves and Cubs)
- free form company history, company info/description,
- allow a url to a more detailed company website
- allow a contact email address for people to obtain more info
suggestions welcome, but make a new thread for it...
