 Membership Drive Competition - 2009/12/14 04:47 As announced at Coronation as Imperial Champion I am sponsoring a membership drive competition.

For logistics purposes I will award 1st - 3rd prizes for both the North and the South of the core lands. For the purposes of this competition the North will be comprised of all groups in the Denver Metro area to Ft. Collins. The south will be all groups from Colorado Springs to Trinidad.

Here are the particulars:

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 recruiting members. You must recruit at least 5 net new members in order to be eligible for any prize. Those net new members MUST sign in and participate in no less than six game days over the course of the reign. Now for the fun part, the prizes. Remember the North and South both have 1st through 3rd prizes.
1st Place: $150.00 gift certificate to Warlord Sports
2nd Place: $100.00 gift certificate to Warlord Sports
3rd Place: $50.00 gift certificate to Warlord Sports

Warlord Sports www.warlordsports.com is a provider of Amtgard gear (swords, shield blanks) and supplies for creating gear.

But wait there's more. If any member can manage to recruit 20 or more members they will also win 1 round trip plane ticket to the event location of their choice between now and September.

Please consult your land leadership or myself if you have questions. Now, lets get out there and recruit folks.

 Re:Membership Drive Competition - 2010/06/08 15:25 sealed luggage helps. like a golf bag/golf shell. I wouldn't poke holes in the foam because that won't do anything. if it was noodle you would puncture the cells, which could alleviate some swelling, but it will just break the noodle down faster.

warlord sports weapons are with microcell. so poking holes in it won't do anything except damage the foam. the biggest issue is if there is tape on the blade, the tape shrinks and expands and can loosen from the foam. if I recall correctly the warlord sports swords come without tape on the outside of the blade. I may be mistaken, so I would contact brennon@warlordsports.com for further details/questions. Strike First. Strike Hard. No Mercy.
