Kota and Rafeki are elected to the offices of Imperial Monarch and Consort.
Imperial GMR:

Abstain - 5
Due to the amount of abstains, per corpora, Hannibal is not elected to the office of Imperial GMR. A Special Procedural Althing is required.
Crown Lands Seneschal:

Abstain - 4
Hannibal is elected to the office of Crown Lands Seneschal.

Proposal #5 does not pass.
Passed proposals will be updated in the Imperial Corpora as soon as possible. Due to no one passing the initial election for Imperial GMR, and Special Procedural Althing is required. The ballot will be issued momentarily. Congratulations to all other candidates on their election to office.
