To all of the current Park Officers (Monarchs, Regents and PMs, or current working equivalents) AND folks planning on running for said offices, for Darkmoon, Northern Holdfast, Duchy IM, Crimson Dawn and Southgate Pass (and any visiting from points more distant),
I'd like to hold an Imperial Scheduling meeting on July 12th (Sat) in Darkmoon.
We'll be meeting at the Regular DM Park, Palmer Park, for the Kinght's Circle, Planning Meeting, and game day.
Fox Run is too much of a hassle and we could end up with no room to actually play, so nevermind on that.
Group Reps please bring whatever you have for upcoming events, Mid-reign, coronation, etc, that you are planning for the rest of the term.
Any potential group officers are also welcome, as input from upcoming folks can be incorporated if we have that to work with.

If you cannot attend please send me (privately) any ideas, planned events (CQ's, Midreign, Coronation, camping outing, jugging practice, etc, etc) you have for your park coming up in the next 6 months..
My apologies for the late notice and I hope everyone will be able to come down (or send a speaker/planner) for the meeting.

Thats the 4th weekend in Aug. Z's (long-azz name impossible to remember)Stock out at the grasslands where we have had it the last few years. Thanks to Temujin, Sita and Lokin, Officers of DM for hosting, and to Loup, Hikari and Akira for coming up from South Gate to attend. Thanks also to Tal and Medryn for coming down from Denver. We had a fairly productive meeting and were able to figure out a fair number of Imperial and Provincial activities.
Officers of IMD, NH and CD, please see the monthly calendars with events posted, and please let me know if anything posted for your group is NOT acceptable. We tried to get an even number of Imperial Game day visits scheduled for each Provincial group.
Also, send me any information as it becomes available for upcoming events that may be in the planning stages, but have not been posted to the forums.
We need information on IMD CQs and Coronation, NH CQs and Coronation and CD reign status and any Mid-reign/CQs/Coronation plans, when those become available.
