 Taste of Brighton Festival! - 2008/05/09 23:15 On Saturday June 7th is the Taste of Brighton festival, and despite that IMD is now in Arvada, they still wish us to return! It would be wonderful if we could have the turn out that we did last year and we will need supplies and willing people to make that happen. Everyone who is willing to help out, please either post here or email me at casca0604 @ gmail.com

It's a street festival Brighton does every summer. They have free food from the local restaurants given out, they've got lots little vendors and demos, and they've got music and stuff. Last year we had a little table set up with arts&sci stuff and banners and armor and pamphlets to hand out, and we ran different fighting and archery demos and ditched in the street all day. I AM SORRY ABOUT THE LATENESS IN GETTING THIS INFO OUT!

Please Please Please we had a good crowd last year and would love to have you all again.

We got the same street as last year NEXT TO FREE FOOD!!!!
Next to the dance stage so lots of people passing by....

Rewth could you do archery again? that was such a hit

Rabbit could you and yours bring the same items as last year? I'll bring the pool......

Cullum can you be there and hit up Rakis? I think a flyer would be a great way to possibly increase attendance. It worked for our Ran party last year.

I would like to set up a weapon making booth that we build just basic swords for cost so more people can enjoy the activity with us. What little kid doesn't want a weapon??? And alot of big kids too??

guys the staff of the culturefest really enjoyed us last year and are letting us break all sorts of rules cause they think we are so cool.

Let me talk to my hubby, we are moving into our new how that weekend before and Matt is moving into our old house. I am not sure which day he is doing it, but we have already promised him we would help him move.

Will keep you posted. If nothing else someone can come and pick up the canopy from out place and cart it out there for your use.
